ECNEC approves 7 projects worth Tk 5238cr

The Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved seven development projects worth of Tk 5 238.54-crore.

The projects were approved at a meeting held at NEC conference room at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar area in the capital on Tuesday (March 14) with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.

Planning minister AHM Mustafa Kamal was talking to the journalists after the meeting.

He further said that the government will provide Tk 3,455-crore while Tk 55.90-crore will be provided by the respective organizations and the rest of the amount of the money (Tk 1,727.16-crore) will come as project assistance.
